You Don’t Need To Fight

“You will not need to fight in this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the Lord on your behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem.’ Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed. Tomorrow go out against them, and the Lord will be with you.” 2 Chronicles 20:17 (ESV)

All of us will have some battles we will have to fight on the road of life. There are other battles that are not ours to fight. We must realize which battles are and which battels are not ours. If we are not carful we will spend time and energy fighting battles that do not belong to us, and when we fight battles that are not ours, we probably will not win. The Children of Israel had some battles that they had to fight as they were going into the promise land, but there were some other battles that were not there’s to fight, because The Lord was going to fight for them. The Scripture reminds us, you will not need to fight in this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the Lord on your behalf, O Judah and Jerusalem. ‘Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed. Tomorrow go out against them, and the Lord will be with you.” I encourage you today to remember you do not need to fight in this battle, because this battle does not belong to you. This battle that you are facing belongs to The Lord and He will fight for you. Stand still and watch The Lord work all things out for you and give you the victory. When you allow God to fight His battles, there is no doubt that He will win, but when you fight God’s battles there is no way you can win, so let God fight. No matter what The Lord will be with you, and you will get the victory, because God is fighting with and for you. I will stand still, and watch God fight all my battles, and I know that when I let Him fight, He will win and I will have the victory. Since The Lord is fighting all my battles, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thank you for fighting my battles. Thank you for every victory you have given me. Thank you for never giving up on me and always being right by my side. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
