You Can Stand
November 14, 2025
"They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright." Psalm 20:8
When we who are saved are going through the tough times of life it can become difficult to see our way through because of all the things that are in front of us. When our problems mount up against us it is difficult to imagine a way out. When people say to us it is going to be alright, but we have checked the weather forecast of our lives and it is calling for more rain and storms are on the horizon. Life has a way of trying to knock us down, but we must remember that God is always with us. The Scripture reminds us, they are brough down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. I encourage you today to stand no matter what. Stand knowing God is with you. If life knocks you down you do not have to worry because you do not get up by yourself, God is right by your side, and he will pick you up every time you fall. Stand daily in the face of all the opposition you may have to face. Stand in the face of those who do not think you can make it. Stand in the midst of the storm and remember this storm is going to make you better, not take you out. Stand encouraged because God is making a way for you out of no way. Your enemies will fall, but you are risen with Christ, and you can stand upright in the face of whatever tries to come your way. Thank God for the strength He has given you to stand, even when people are talking about you instead of to you. Stand thanking God that He has kept you even when your so-called friends have turned against you to. Stand knowing you are going to get the victory over the storm, and what you have been through. I thank God for giving me the strength to stand through it all, and because I can stand through it all I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for giving me the strength to stand through it all. Thank you for picking me up when I fall. Thank you for reminding me that no matter what I face, I can stand because you are with me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
