You Can Handle It
February 23, 2026
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13
Life has a way of coming at us very fast. The unexpected comes and it just piles on to what we are already are already going through. Circumstances and situations always seem to increase when we are already going through. We can feel like the weight of the world is on our shoulders. There are pressures on our jobs, family issues we must deal with and on top of that we have our own personal stuff we go through. When all these things happen, we tend to ask ourselves, where is God? Doesn't God see all the things that we are going through? Doesn't God care about us? Yes, God cares about us, and He has not left us alone. Have you ever concluded that you just cannot take it any longer, if one more thing happens you will scream. Paul in the Scripture today reminds us that God is faithful and He will be there for us through every situation and circumstance we go through. I encourage you today to remember that no matter what you go through, God will not put more on you than you are able to handle. God always has a way out of your situations, all you have to do is hang in there do not try to figure everything you are going through out on your own and trust God. Place your problems and cares in the hands of God and He will lead you and direct you out of your situation. I know the things you are going through are heavy, but God is there for you and He knows the load is heavy and He will carry the weight for you, but the load He has given you, you can handle it. The things you go through now are only making you stronger and drawing you closer to God that you may trust and depend solely on Him. Just remember He will never put more on you than you can bear, even when you don't think you can handle it God knows you can. Through every trial and tribulation, I know no matter how heavy it becomes I can handle it because God will not put more on me than I am able to handle. Since I know God is always with me, I am convinced, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord, sometimes the going gets rough, and the weight is hard to carry, but I am convinced beyond the shadow of a doubt that you will never give me more than I can handle. Thank you, Lord for walking with me on this journey of life and thank you Lord for always carrying the weight for me. Thank you Lord for always being there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
