You Can Handle It
March 18, 2024
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." 1 Corinthians 10:13
Life has a way of coming at us very fast and unexpected. Things do not happen when we have nothing going on, but it comes when everything is happening all at once, and it just piles on to what we are already are going through. With the pressures of our jobs, family issues, and other things it can feel like the weight of the world is on our shoulders. When all of this is happening, we tend to ask ourselves, where is God? Doesn't God see all the things that we are going through? Doesn't God care about us? Yes, God cares and He has not left us alone. Have you ever come to the conclusion, that you just cannot take it any longer, if one more thing happens you will scream? Paul in the Scripture today reminds us that God is faithful, and He will be there for us through every situation and circumstance we go through. I encourage you today to remember that no matter what you go through, God will not put more on you than you are able to handle. God always has a way out for you, all you have to do is hang in there and do not try to figure everything out on your own. Place your problems and cares in the hands of God and He will lead and direct you out of your situation. I know the things that you are going through are heavy, but God is there for you and He knows the load is heavy and He will carry the weight for you. The things you go through now are only making you stronger and drawing you closer to God that you may trust and depend solely on Him. Through every trial and tribulation, I know no matter how heavy it may become, I can handle it because God will not put more on me than I am able to handle. Since I know God is always with me, I am convinced, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord the load is heavy, and the trials are rough, and some days I don’t feel like I can make it. I know that you will not put more on me than I can handle, and I know you will always be there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
