Withholding Nothing

"For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly." Psalm 84:11 (ESV)

Each of us can proclamation that The Lord is our everything. There is nothing that we go through in life that The Lord is not there for us. The Lord is our way maker, He is our company keeper, our food when we are hungry, our friend when we need a friend, and so much more. There is never a question of who God is to us, but the question is who are we to God? The Lord has poured out so many blessings on our lives, and has kept us through so many things, and we should be grateful for all that He has done in our lives, but through it all we should be able to say that we have been faithful servants of The Lord. There is nothing that The Lord will keep from us, if we continue to walk in His way. The Scripture reminds us that, the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. I encourage you today to stay on the path that God has laid out for you. People may not understand why you do what you do or why you serve The Lord like you do, but you know that The Lord has blessed you abundantly and He has rained blessings untold in your life, and since He has you should continue to walk in His way. People will not always be there for you, but God is your sunshine on a rainy day, and your shield from everything the enemy tries to throw your way. The Lord has placed favor in and on your life, and as you walk in His favor you continue to see His goodness working in your life. I know that God will not withhold any good thing from me, as I continue to walk in His will and His way. Since I am staying on the path that God has for me, and being blessed by His favor, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for being so great to me. Thank you for always holding me in the palm of your hand. Thank you for blessing me with your favor and never withholding your goodness from me. Help me to be an agent of your love, mercy, and grace today. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
