Wait On God

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." Isaiah 40:31

When we are weary, we begin to look for relief from the trials and tribulations that life is throwing our way. We look for relief in people and at times that relief never comes. We look for relief even in God, and God gives it ti us even when we don’t realize or feel it. We cannot allow what we are facing to deter what we know, and that is God will come see about us even if that means we must wait. The Scripture reminds us that, they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. I encourage you today that no matter what it looks like to wait on The Lord. No matter how tough your trials may become, wait on The Lord. While you are waiting The Lord is building you up. While you are waiting on Him, He is making a way for you. While you are waiting on The Lord, He is opening doors for you, and strengthening you for the journey He has planned for you. When you wait on The Lord you have the promise that you will be able to run and not be weary, and walk and not faint, because as you wait on Him He is giving you the necessary power to make it through every valley in life. Storms will come, trials will come, and friends will get few, but if you can wait on The Lord, He will mount you up on eagle’s wings and soar you above your trials and tribulations. No matter what comes or what goes, I have made up my mind to wait upon The Lord and be of good courage knowing that He will strengthen my heart and give me the strength I need to make it through. Since I will wait on The Lord always, I know He will mount me up one eagle’s wings and strengthen me. This is why I am confident, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord thank you for giving me the strength I need to make it through every situation that I face. Although I don’t like to wait, Lord I am waiting on you, because I know you will come through for me, and give me your very best. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
