Use Your Gifts
January 14, 2024
"A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men." Proverbs 18:16
Each of us has goals, dreams, and aspirations that we try to attain. Some of the goals we set will be easier to attain than others. Some of the aspirations we have, we know will take hard work and determination to make them happen, despite the hard work it is going to take to be successful. Some of the dreams we have we are not going to be able to make them come true on our own, we are going to need some help along the way. God has been so gracious to us that He has given us a gift that we can use for His glory, and when we use the gift, it will open doors and make ways for us because the gift is from and for God. The Scripture reminds us that, a person's gift will make room for them, and bring them before great people. I encourage you today not to allow your gift to be dormant, but use your gift to the glory of God. When you use the gift God has planted in you, the gift will make room for you and ways for you and open doors for you that no one else would have ever been able to open. When you activate the gift God has given to you, it will bring you to places that you never would imagine and bring you before people you never thought you would be before. Your dreams, goals, and aspirations are all obtainable when you use the gift that God has given you. When your dreams come true remember it is not because you were so great, but it was the great gift God placed in you that you were able to reach your goal. When you reach your goal do not forget to give God the glory and honor for what He has placed in your life. I thank God for the gifts that He has given me, and they have opened so many doors for me, and I am looking forward to even greater things through Him as I continue to exercise my gifts. Since I know that God has blessed me with great gifts and He is still opening doors for me I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for the gifts you have given me. Thank you that these gifts have opened doors and made ways that could not have happened without you. Continue to guide me to use my gifts for your glory. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
