Touch And Agree

“Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19 (ESV)

Trying to get a group of people to agree on one thing is always difficult to do. One person may want to do one thing and another person will want to do something different, but at the end of the day it is imperative to have a consensus on the plan so everyone will know what way to go. When everyone is doing their own thing, it will be difficult to have success. The Scripture reminds us, again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. I encourage you today to have a strong prayer life. Every day take time to talk to God in prayer. Also, make sure you have someone who you can pray with, and they are praying for you. Having a strong prayer partner that can agree with you about those things you are praying for, and you can agree with them about what they are praying for, is essential to answered prayers. Everyone may not like the direction you think you should go, but when you have a strong prayer partner and you can agree on a direction the promise you have from God is, it will be done. I am grateful that I can go to God for myself in prayer, but I am also grateful that I have others that we can touch and agree and believe that God will do what He said He would do for us. Since I am touching and agreeing in prayer with others, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord today I thank you for hearing and answering me when I pray. Thank you for listening to my prayers, and thank you for sending me others that we can agree in prayer together, knowing that it will be done and you will get all the glory. I love you Lord. In Jesus name Amen.
