The Odds Are In Your Favor

"Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him:" 2 Chronicles 32:7

Each of us has felt like the odds were stacked against us. It felt like everything and everyone was working against us. Trials and tribulations are going to come in all our lives, but we should always remember that we are never alone, and no matter who tries to come against us we have The Lord on our side. The Scripture reminds us that we should continue to be strong and courageous, and do not be afraid or dismayed for the multitude that has come against us, because there be more with us than with them. I encourage you today to remember that no matter how it looks there is more with you than are with those who against you. When life hits you hard, be strong and courageous. When you feel like there is no need to keep going on because you feel you will not make it, that is the time you must be strong and courageous. When you do not feel like you can handle all that is in front of you, and the situation seems impossible to overcome, be strong and courageous, not in your own ability to get through it, but knowing that The Lord is with you. No matter how many try to come against you, there is no need to be afraid or dismayed because you know that you have the Father, Son and Holy Spirit with you and that is more than enough to defeat the world against you. Things will come and go in your life, but be strong and courageous through them all, because no matter what it looks like the odds are in your favor. Come what will and come what may I will not fret or be dismayed, but I am determined to be strong and courageous through it all, knowing that there is more with me than there are against me. Since the odds are in my favor with The Lord on my side, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord thank you for always being there for wand with me. Thank you for never leaving me alone and even when I feel like I am alone, I am reminded that you are there with me. Thank you Lord for being on my side, because with you I know that the odds are in my favor. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
