The Lord’s Doing It For You
November 18, 2023
"This is the Lord's doing; it is marvelous in our eyes." Psalm 118:23 (ESV)
Life has a way of taking us on a many unexpected journeys. Life can be one great big roller coaster ride never quite knowing what might happen next. As we travel this journey of life, and as we do not know what will happen from day to day, we have an assurance that our faith in God will see us through each day. We know that The Lord will keep us, and while we may not like what happens to us, we know that The Lord's hand is on us. Since we have faith, we trust that The Lord knows what He is doing in our lives. The Scripture reminds us that, this is the Lord's doing; it is marvelous in our eyes. I encourage you today that no matter what you are facing to remember, it is The Lord's doing. No matter how tough the day may get, you must be able to see that The Lord's hand is on your life and on your situation. The Lord is the One who is keeping and blessing you. The Lord is the One who is shining His light of love on your life. Even in the midst of your valley experiences you should be able to see The Lord's handiwork despite what you are facing. Instead of looking and focusing on all the negatives that are in front of you, remember that this is The Lord's doing and it is marvelous, although it does not feel marvelous now, remember that He has a blessing in store for your life. If The Lord is doing it, He is going to bless and keep you through it all. Keep your faith no matter what it looks like and remember that God is making a way for you. I know The Lord's hand is on my life, and there are times when it may not seem great, but because I know He is working on my behalf, it is marvelous how He continues to bless my life. Since I know The Lord is working it out for me, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Lord thank you for all that you are doing in my life. No matter how dark the day or how sleepless the night, I know that it is your doing, and through it all you have something great prepared for me. No matter if it is good or bad it is, The Lord’s doing it and I know it will all work out for my good and His glory. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
