Thankful For Grace

"What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?" Romans 6:1
The Lord provides us every day with what we need, and not only does He provide our needs, but He also gives us some of our wants. Each day He gives us the opportunity to enjoy His peace, joy, and love if we would only seize these gifts that He gives to us each day. The Lord also extends His grace to us that we need to make it through each day, because of sin we deserve death, but He did not give us death, instead He gave us grace. Grace is the unmerited favor of God working in our lives. We cannot earn grace, God just gives it to us, and since we cannot earn it, we should never take it for granted. The Scripture asks us this question, what shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? I encourage you today to accept the gift of grace that The Lord pours out to you each day. Do not continue in sin when God is extending His grace to you by allowing you to experience His grace. Just because you have grace, does not mean you should continue in sin, and continue to do what you want to do, grace is a gift and if you take His gift of grace for granted, He will take the grace away from you. You cannot go a day without His grace, so step away from sin and step into His grace. I am grateful for the grace that God gives to me each day, and I will do all that I can do to not allow sin to abound in my life, but to walk in His grace daily. Since sin will not abound in my life and grace will, I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
