Thank-Filled Thursday

“I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving.” Psalm 69:30 (ESV)

There is not a day that God is not good to us. There is not a day when God does not make a way for us. There is not a time when God is not with us and opening doors for us. There is not a situation or circumstance that will cause God to stop loving us. Since God loves us through it all and is with us every step of every day, we should be compelled to praise Him every chance we get, and to thank Him for all He does for us. The Scripture reminds us, I will praise the name of God with a song; I will magnify him with thanksgiving. I encourage you today to find a song to sing to The Lord today that offers Him praise for how good He has been to you. Make today a day of praise, that every time you think of His goodness towards you, you will praise Him. Make today a thank-filled Thursday and be thankful all day. No matter what is that you have to face today, face it with praise and thanksgiving to God who has been so good to you. I will praise The Lord in song, and I will sing to Him of His goodness and greatness to me. I will thank God for all the blessings that He has poured into my life, and I will thank Him for just being my God. Since I am determined to make this a thank-filled Thursday, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thank you for all you do for me. Thank you for being God and always being there for me. Thank you for being provider, way maker, keeper, friend, brother, mother, and so much more to me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
