Stay Close To The Lord

A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Psalm 91:7

We do not have to look for trouble, somehow trouble will find us no matter where we are or what we are doing. We may not always be the one in trouble, but we can see it everywhere we go. In the times of trouble, we must remember we have a refuge in The Lord and we should seek shelter in Him. The Scripture reminds us that a thousand will fall at our side and ten thousand at our right hand, but it will not come close to us. I encourage you today to trust The Lord even in the mist of what you may see around you. It may look like sickness is all around you, but do not fret it will not come close to you. People may seem like they are going through this, that and the other thing all the time, but you put your trust in The Lord and know it will not come close to you. There may be trouble on your job or in your school, but keep holding on to The Lord, and it will not come close to you. All around you, things are happening, and you are waiting for your turn at trouble, but remember because of who you are in The Lord there is no turn for you, because He is with you and blessing you each day. A thousand will fall, and ten thousand at my right side, but that is not my testimony. My testimony is I am kept by The Lord, and trouble will not come close to me, because His hand of love and protection are on my life. Since my trust is in The Lord, and He will keep me in all things, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, in the time of trouble I know that you will hide me and keep me safe in your arms. Trouble can be all around me, but it will not affect me because you are with me. Every day draw me closer to you Lord so I can walk in your grace, mercy, and favor and you will get all the glory out of my life. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
