Small Steps

"Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase." Job 8:7
Everything in life is a process. It would be so much easier if we could wake up in the morning and everything was just the way we wanted it to be. Breakfast would already be cook and waiting for us on the table. The clothes we are going to wear laid out and ironed. We would not have to fight traffic to get to work, it would just flow smooth for us. Unfortunately, this is not the way life is. There is going to be a process we are going to have to go through in order to make it through life. It would be wonderful if we were already the CEO of our company after the first day on the job, but it just does not work this way, each of us have to start somewhere and then work our way through the process. Since each of us has to work our way through the process of life, we should always remember that where we are now, is not where we are always going to be. The Scripture reminds us that, though our beginning was small, yet our latter end should greatly increase. I encourage you today not despise small beginnings in your life. Wherever you are in life do not despise the beginning and remember you are simply at the starting place for God to take you to where He wants you to be. Every experience you have should be one that will help you to get to your destiny. Every slip, fall, and failure should just be one more opportunity for you to take another step towards your destiny. Even if your beginning is small your end shall be great. Be encouraged you are right where God wants you to be, and you should take this time to learn every lesson you need to learn on this level, as you are being prepared by God to take you to the next level. Do not despise small beginnings because where you start is not where you will finish. I thank God today because even though things start small my best is yet to come. Since my increase will be great in God, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord forgive me for complaining about small steps. I know now that my small steps are leading me to great things. No matter where I am now, I know you have greatness planned for my future. Thank you Lord for the process you have me on to greatness. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
