Seek Peace

"Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it." Psalm 34:14

We will have many pursuits in our lifetime. In pursing our dreams and goals we are going to face challenges along the way, and we will have to press our way pass those challenges. As we press pass the challenges we should always have the mindset that we are going to achieve our dreams and goals because The Lord is with us. In all our pursuits in life we should always pursue a closer relationship with The Lord. The Scripture reminds us that we should, depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. I encourage you today to seek peace and pursue after it daily. There are going to storms that will rage but seek and purse after peace. There are going to be valley experiences, and even in the valley seek peace and pursue it. There are going to be sunny and rainy days, and there are going to be times when it feels like everything is falling apart around you, even then seek the peace of The Lord and pursue after it. When you find the peace that comes from The Lord, you will discover that the things that you are facing in life are not as bad as you once thought. Do not allow what you see or what you are going through to hinder or stop your pursuit of the peace of The Lord for your life. Depart from negativity, do good in The Lord and seek His peace and pursue after it each day, and know when you have the peace of The Lord in your life, things may not be easy, but you know that you have The Lord with you in all that you go through. Trials will come in my life, and there will be some things that I will have to go through, but through it all I will do good, seek His peace and pursue after it until I find it. Since I am in pursuit of His peace, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Through all the trials and tribulations of life, Lord give me your peace. Through those things that I cannot understand, Lord give me your peace. Through my good and bad days, Lord give me your peace, because I know that I can only make it when I have your peace working in my life. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
