Right Connection
March 07, 2023
“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.” John‬ ‭15‬:‭4‬ ‭ESV
For some people making the right connections are important. They believe that the right connection will bring them to the right place, to make the right deal, at the right time. The connections that we have with people may not always be genuine, some connections are for convenience, and some are for a season. Once we lose a connection it is difficult to try to get it back and all that was gained from the connection could be lost in no time. It is essential that we have a connection with The Lord, it is our connection with Him that will never be severed, lost, or destroyed. No matter what we go through in life or how many people we may meet who are seemingly important, our connection with God is essential. When we abide in Him, and He in us there is nothing that we cannot accomplish. The Scripture reminds us, abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I encourage you today to stay connected to God. Through all that you go through in a day, week, month, or year, stay connected to God because being connected to Him will give you what you need to make it. I have made many connections in my life, but the best connection I have every made was the connection with The Lord. Being connected to Him has never failed me and never will. Since I am connected to God, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Prayer:
Lord thank you. For allowing me to be connected to you. Thank you for never severing our connection and loving me through it all. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
