Rest And Wait

"Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass." Psalm 37:7

Each of us has at least one person in our lives that we know we can trust completely. No matter what the situation is or what the circumstances are happening, we know we can trust them. We also have that security and more in The Lord and can place everything in His hands and not have to worry about it again. There are times we give things to Him and get nervous because of what we see and take it back and try to fix it ourselves. Whatever we give The Lord we should have faith enough to know that He will work it out for us. The Scripture reminds us that, we should rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him: fret not because of those who prosper in his way, because of the person who brings wicked devices to pass. I encourage you today to find your rest in The Lord. When trials and tribulations come in your life, find your rest in The Lord. When you cannot see your way through, find your rest in The Lord, and wait patiently for Him, and have faith knowing that He will do what He said He would do in your life. You may see others seemingly getting ahead of you, but do not fret because The Lord will bring to pass every word He has spoken for your life. Do not look at those who may not be doing the right thing and wonder how you are struggling to make it and you are doing the right thing, do not worry it will work out for your good because The Lord will work it out for you. It may not always be easy to wait on The Lord and to rest in Him, but it is necessary in order to bring you to the place that He has for you. When you rest in Him and on His Word for your life you will discover that no matter what anyone else does, you know what The Lord has promised for your life. No matter what it looks like I will rest and wait in The Lord knowing that He will bring to pass every word that He has spoken for my life. Since I will rest and wait on The Lord I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for being a promise keeper. I know that I can always trust and rely on you to come through for me. I praise and thank you for all the blessings you have already poured into my life, and I thank you for what you are going to do in my lie. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
