Rejoice
June 26, 2023
“But let the godly rejoice. Let them be glad in God’s presence. Let them be filled with joy.” Psalm 68:3 (ESV)
God has blessed us by allowing us to see a new day. We do not know what this day holds and we do not know what this day will bring, but we do know that God has already prepared us for this day. We may face some trials, storms, tribulations or a host of other things ,but we can still rejoice in God. We may also experience sunshine and goodness and an overflowing of blessings today, and we should rejoice. Whatever this day holds for us we should be determined to praise God through it. The Scripture reminds us, let the godly rejoice. Let them be glad in God’s presence. Let them be filled with joy. I encourage you today to rejoice. Rejoice when things are going your way, and rejoice when you are not having the best of day. Rejoice when the sun is shining on you, and rejoice when the rain begins to fall. Rejoice when people are there for you, and rejoice when you are all alone. Let this be a day of rejoicing in God for all the blessings He has poured in your life. When you cannot find a reason to rejoice, press your way into His presence and you will rejoice in the presence of God. This is going to be a day filled with joy and rejoicing in the goodness and greatness of God. I know that I am blessed above measure and for that I will rejoice in God and in His presence. Since I will rejoice all day long, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Prayer:
Lord thank you for all the great things you have done in my life. Thank you for what you are doing in my life. Today I will rejoice in the things that you are doing for me and in me, and I will also rejoice in your presence. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
