Pray For Others
May 01, 2023
We give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers, 1 Thessalonians 1:2 (ESV)
There is not a time or place when prayer is not appropriate. Through our good and bad days, we should always pray. When we are blessed to see a new day, we should start that day with prayer. When we are faced with trials, we should pray. When things are going well, we should pray. Prayer is our opportunity to talk with God, and every chance we have we should talk with Him. We should not only pray for ourselves and what we are experiencing in life, but we should also pray for others. The Scripture reminds us, we give thanks to God always for all of you, constantly mentioning you in our prayers. I encourage you day to pray for yourself and others. You know someone who is going through struggles of life and they need prayer, and you already know that God answers pray because He has answered yours. The same way God has moved on your behalf, He will do the same for those you pray for. Every day make mention of someone in your prayer who needs to be blessed. Make mention of someone who needs healing, deliverance, or anything from The Lord. I am determined that every day I will make mention of others in my prayers, because I know that God can bless them when I pray for them. Since I will pray for myself and others every day, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Prayer:
Lord thank you for hearing me when I pray. Thank you for sending answers to my prayers. Lord you know what I stand in need of, and I know that you will bless me. Lord there are others who need a touch of your loving and kind hand on their life today, bless the in amazing ways. Bless them that they may know you better and praise your name. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
