Pray About It

"And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;" Luke 18:1

Communication is essential in any relationship. It does not make a difference if it is a business relationship, or a personal relationship it is essential that the communication is there to make the relationship succeed. In our relationship with The Lord, it is essential that we have communication with Him, and that means we will have to spend some time hearing from and talking with Him. When we go to The Lord in prayer and all we talk about is what we need Him to do for us and do not allow any time for Him to talk to us about what He needs from us, it is no longer a conversation, but a to do list that we are giving Him. The Scripture reminds us that, Jesus spoke to them in a parable, and said that men ought always pray, and not faint. I encourage you today that no matter what it is you are facing in your life that you take it to The Lord in prayer. Pray when things are working out, and pray when you do not know how they are going to work out. Pray when you know what to do, and pray when you do not have a clue what to do. Pray when you have people around you, and pray when you feel like you are alone. Prayer is the key that unlocks doors and turns things around for you. There is not a situation you face in your life that prayer is not in order or where prayer will not work. Prayer is going to be able to see you through more things in your life than anything or anyone else would be able to do. Storms, trials, and challenges will come in your life, but no matter what pray your way through them all. When the sun is shining in my life I will pray, when the clouds are hanging low in my life, I will pray. When I have friends and when I cannot find any of my friends, I will pray, because I know that as His child I should always pray. Since I will pray always and often, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord thank you for always hearing me when I pray. Thank you for always being there for me no matter the day or time. Help me to be still in prayer to hear from you and to go the way you want me to go. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
