Praise Him
October 14, 2023
“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!” Psalm 150:6 (ESV)
We should all take time at least once a day to think about all the wonderful things God has done in our lives. We should take the time to reflect on how He has just been awesome to us. Think about where we would be if it had not been for The Lord who is on our side. Think about how God has changed us and who we used to be, we are not anymore. The Scripture reminds us, let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! I encourage you today to remember how good God has been to you, and then praise Him. Remember all the things He has done in your life. Think about how He has made ways for you and open doors for you. Think about how all week long He has kept you from hurt, harm and danger, and made sure you had all the things you needed this week. God has been good to you and continues to bless you in incredible ways. After you have taken time to think about how good God has been to you, you should have no problem praising the name of The Lord. Just because He woke you up this morning is reason enough to give God praise. Let everything that has breath praise The Lord. Because you have breath in your body, you should praise The Lord. Praise Him not just for what He has done for you, but more importantly you should praise The Lord for who He is in your life. I thank God every day He wakes me up, and every day is a day to give praise to God for who He is in my life. Since I am determined to thank and praise God for what He does and for who He is to me, I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord than you for being my God. Thank you for every blessing you have poured into my life. Thank you for just being good to me. I will praise you as long as I have breath in my body. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
