Perfect Peace

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” Isaiah 26:3 (ESV)

After a long day we like to have peace and quiet. After having a day filled with ups and downs and one thing after another, we like to experience some down time just to catch our breath. In the midst of challenges that we are facing we must step away just so we can get a moment of peace. It is in these moments of peace that we can gather our thoughts and regain energy to get back up and finish the task at hand. In is in those moments of peace that we remember that we serve a God who is always there for us. The Scripture reminds us that, He will keep us in perfect peace when our mind is stayed on Him, because our trust is in Him. I encourage you today to keep your mind stayed on The Lord. You will have storms to arise in your life, but keep your mind stayed on The Lord. You will have some valley experiences as you go through, but keep your mind stayed on The Lord, and when you can keep your mind stayed on The Lord, He will give you perfect peace. Instead of focusing on the problem, focus on The Lord who is the ultimate problem solver. Do not become so enamored by the chaos around you that you miss the peace that The Lord has for you. When you can concentrate on The Lord and not what you are going through you are showing that you trust The Lord to bring you out. When you keep your mind stayed on Him, and you trust Him no matter what, not only will He give you peace, but also the victory over it all. No matter what come and no matter what goes I will keep my mind stayed on The Lord knowing He will always keep me in perfect peace. Since my mind is on Him and not my problems, I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord in a world of chaos and challenges, I am determined to keep my mind stayed on you. When storms arise in my life, I will not focus on the storms, but I will keep my mind stayed on you. In my good and bad days I will keep my mind on you, because I know you will keep me in perfect peace. Thank you Lord for the perfect peace you will give me today. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
