More Than Enough
May 07, 2026
"And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." 2 Corinthians 12:9
We all have that one thing that constantly nags at us, and if we didn’t have that as our focus we could do more. We pray and pray and ask The Lord to get rid of the things in our lives that are causing us to lose focus on Him, only to discover that after much prayer it is still there. The Scripture reminds us that Paul had a thorn in his flesh, and he asked The Lord to remove it, and The Lord did not but instead told him, that His grace was sufficient for him, and His strength is mad perfect in weakness. I encourage you today to remember no matter what you are going through in life, God's grace is more than enough for you. Yes, you will have trials and tribulations, but God's grace is enough to see you through your trials and tribulations. Yes, there will be some rainy days and some stormy nights, but God's grace is enough to see you through them all. You will have ups and downs, and people will treat you wrong, but God's grace is enough for you. Do not stop doing what The Lord has asked you to because you are going through a difficult season. Grace is favor you did not and could not earn on your own, and even though it seems like The Lord is not answering your prayer, everyday He gives you His grace, and that grace is more than enough to see you through. Life happens, and sometimes it’s good and sometimes not so good, but through it all God's grace is more than enough for you. When you are at your weakest point in life, that is when God’s grace is the strongest in your life. Come what will and come what may even in my weakest moments I know God's grace is more than enough for me. Since I am walking in His grace every day, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thin From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for your grace. I know that I didn’t do anything to earn it, but I am grateful that you give it to me every day. When the distractions of life come my way and it is difficult to hear your voice, remind me that your grace is more than enough for me. Thank you Lord for your grace. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
