Mid-Week Praise

August 27, 2025

“Praise the LORD, all nations! Extol him, all peoples! For great is his steadfast love toward us, and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever. Praise the LORD!” Psalm 117:1-2 (ESV)

Every day The Lord gives us is a blessing, and each day we should thank Him and praise Him for another day. There is not a circumstance we face or a situation that we go through that we should not thank and praise The Lord. The Scripture reminds us to, praise the Lord, all nations! Extol him, all peoples! For great is his steadfast love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. I encourage you today to praise The Lord every opportunity you have. Praise The Lord for all the great things He has done in your life. It does not make a difference how good things are or how bad they are, make up your mind to praise The Lord through it all. The Lord has showered you with His mercy and His grace, and that is reason enough to praise Him. Even in the storms of life you have a reason to praise The Lord. Look at where The Lord has brought you from, and once you start thinking that is reason enough to praise The Lord. Praise Him just for another day, start your day with praise, sprinkle praise in the middle of your day, and end your day with praise. When you can praise The Lord all day long, there is nothing He will not bring you out of and see you through. Trials may come, but I still have a praise on my lips, winds may blow, but I still have a praise on my lips. Today and every day is Praise day for me. Since I am going to praise Him for the rest of my life, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for another day you have given to me, and since you have given me this day, I have already made up my mind that no matter what comes or what goes I will praise your name, because you are worthy of all honor, glory, and praise. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
