Lift Him Up

"And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.” John 12:32 (ESV)

We have all met someone who everything was about them. They made their own way through life and no one helped them achieve success. They were a self-made person and they did everything by themselves. While it may sound good to them, the truth of the matter is, that no one makes it to where they are by themselves. As we look at our lives, we know that we are not where we are because we had it all together, but we are where we are because The Lord’s hand and favor was on our lives. Since it was The Lord that has blessed us, we should take every opportunity to lift Jesus every chance we have. When we lift Jesus and not ourselves, He will draw others to Him. The Scripture reminds us that Jesus said, “when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself. I encourage you today to lift Jesus up. When others see you and all that Jesus has done in your life, do not take credit for it, but tell them what Jesus has done for you. Give God the glory for all the things that He has done in your life, and by lifting Him up, you will be a living testimony that will draw other people to Him. When people are drawn to Jesus their lives will be transformed and changed for God’s glory. I am so glad that I had people who would lift Jesus up for me to see and as they did I was drawn to Him, and my life has never been the same. I will continue to do all I can do to lift Jesus up every chance I have. Since I will lift Jesus up so others are drawn to Him, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord you are worthy of all the glory, honor, and praise, and I lift you up for the world to see that you can save anybody, at any time. Thank you for drawing me to you. In Jesus Name Amen.
