Let Your Light Shine

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16

There Lord has blessed us to be His children, and as His children we must remember we always represent Him. People will do their best to push our buttons, and at times they will succeed, and before we know it we are out of character and upset, and they have gotten just what they wanted. There are times when we miss the opportunity to allow our lights to shine, so people can see the God in us, and in turn they will glorify God. The Scripture reminds us to let our light shine before men, so they can see our good works and glorify our Father. I encourage you today to allow your light to shine bright wherever you go. Allow your light to shine so bright in every dark situation you find yourself in. Let your light to shine, when people are trying their best to push your buttons and frustrate you, and your light will overcome whatever it is they are trying to do. Let your light shine when people are trying to get you down. Let your light shine in every place, and let people see your good works. Let people see what God is doing in your life, and when you let them see what God is doing in your life they will glorify your Father. People will get on your nerves and they will try you every chance they get, but remember, do not ever turn off your light, but to let it shine, and you will get the victory, and God will get the glory out of your life. No matter what I am going to let my light shine in every situation I face today, and let my good works be seen, and in turn someone will give God glory. This is why I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

I am determined Lord to let my light shine wherever I am today. I am going to let my light shine through the good, bad, ups, and downs all so you can get the glory out of my life. I want the world to see all the great and wonderful things you are doing in my life and I will not allow circumstances to dim my light for you. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
