Let God Hear Your Voice
February 02, 2025
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. Psalm 5:3
There are times when we start our day by running late. We have late nights and early mornings and before we know it the day has already begun, and we have not even had time to really think. There are some days we get so busy we forget to eat and it is one thing right after another, and before we know it, it is time to start all over again. In the hectic days we have there are many things we leave undone, and even some things we forget to do. With all the busyness of a day there is one thing that we cannot do without, and that is prayer. Some may say it is essential to start our day with a good breakfast and exercise, but the best way to start our day is with prayer. The Scripture reminds us to allow God to hear our voice in the morning, and direct our prayer to Him and look up. I encourage you today to start your day with prayer. Talk to God and allow God to talk to you. Tell Him all about what you are going through, and the things that are on your mind. Thank Him for how He has blessed your life and has kept you even when you did not know He was keeping you. Thank Him for His unconditional love He shows you each day. Let God hear your voice this morning, even with all you need to do, let God hear your voice, and then take time to hear God's voice. Prayer changes things, and when you start your day with prayer, your day will go so much better. When you start your day with prayer no matter what tries to weigh you down you will be able to look up, and know God is right there with you. Every day I start by talking to God and letting Him talk to me and I have found that even my bad days are good days because I began them with Him. Since I start every day with prayer and God hears my voice and I hear His, I know for sure, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord thank you for giving me another day. I know that you have everything I need already prepared for me today. Lord let me hear your voice this morning because I cannot make it without you today. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
