Jesus Is The Answer

“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2

The experience of looking for something and not being able to find it is an experience that we have all had. Searching diligently and enlisting the help of others may not help us locate the missing item. Not until we stopped looking for it, that we were able to find it, and discovered it was right in front of us the entire time. Many times we do the same thing when we are searching for answers, we will look everywhere and we will go to everyone trying to find the right answer for our situation, only to discover that the answer that we needed was not in things or people, but the answer is in Christ. The Scripture reminds us to, look unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. I encourage you today to look unto Jesus for whatever it is that you need. Look to Jesus when things are not working out in your favor. Look to Jesus when you just need some direction in your life. Look to Jesus who has already endured the cross and is sitting on the right hand of God interceding for you. Jesus is the beginning and the ending of your faith, and knows what you need, so look to Him often and you will discover all your answers are in Him. Through all that I go through I will continue to look to Jesus the author and finisher of my faith, and with joy I will discover that He has the answers for me. Since I will look to Jesus for all things I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord when I lose my way, you are my answer. When trials and tribulations come my way, you are my answer. When I don’t know what to do, you are my answer. When my back is against the wall and there is seemingly no way out, you are my answer. Thank you Lord for being my answer to all things and I will continue to look to you for everything. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
