It Won’t Work

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn.” Isaiah 54:17a

There are times when we will feel like everything and everyone is against us. No matter how hard we try to accomplish something it doesn’t seem to go as planned, there is always a hiccup or something that comes up in the process. No matter how well we may be running a race, there always seems to be a hurdle that is thrown in our way. Even when we have to go through difficulties to get to the finish line, we have the testimony that through it all God is with us. The Scripture reminds us that, no weapon that is formed against us shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against us in judgment you shall condemn. I encourage you today to remember that just because the weapon is formed against you, doesn’t mean that it will work on you. Just because they are talking about you, does not mean that their words will have any power to stop you. Remember that there will be trials and valleys you will have to go through, but they are only there to make you strong and to depend on The Lord. Let the weapon be formed and let people talk and while they do all that, God will give you the victory. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and I know that God will bring to pass every promise He has made for my good. Since I know that the weapon formed against me wont’ work, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thank you for not allowing the weapon that was formed against me to work. Thank you that the tongues that rose up against me, were not your words for me. Thank you for the favor you have on my life. Thank you in advance for all the great and wonderful things you have in store for my life and for those connected to me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
