It All Belongs To God

"They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's." Matthew 22:21

Time has a way of passing us by so quickly that before we know it we will have to stop and ask, where all that time went. Our children can grow up so fast and before we know it, we are reminiscing on when they were babies, and now we are attending their graduations of high school or college. Since time goes by so quickly, we should give people their accolades and flowers while they can still smell them. No one makes it to where they are by themselves, there is always someone there to help them and not only do we need to give people their due honor, but we must also give God the honor due to Him for all the great things He has done in our lives. The Scripture reminds us that, as the people were paying taxes, they asked Jesus was it lawful to pay taxes: Jesus asked whose picture was on the coin, and they told Him Caesar, so He told them to give to Caesar what belonged to him, and give to God the things that belong to God. I encourage you today to give to God the things that belong to Him. Give God all the glory, honor and praise for the great things He has done and is doing in your life. Give God the praise for being a blessing in your life, and for keeping you through all your ups and downs. Give God the things that belong to Him, and one of those things that belong to Him is our life. For if it had not been for The Lord in your life, you would not be where you are now. I am thankful for all the great things The Lord has done in my life, and I know that if it had not been for Him, I would not be where or who I am today. So, I give God all praises for being an awesome God. Since I will always give to God the things that belong to Him, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Thank you, Lord, for being so good to me. Thank you for life, health, and strength and today I give you my all, because I completely belong to you. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
