In His Presence

"Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore." Psalm 16:11

A couple was on their way to a very important meeting, and they were sure they knew how to get to where they were going. The left their house in plenty of time but on the way there was a detour, and as they took the detour they became lost. They drove for miles and miles and could not figure out which way to go. After some time and now late for their meeting, they find a young man and asked him for directions. Not only did they young man tell them how to get to their destination, he led them right to the place they needed to be. There are times in life we get lost, but we do not have to stay lost for long because The Lord will show us the way to go. The Scripture reminds us that the Lord will show us the path for our lives, and in His presence is the fullness of joy, and at His right hand are pleasures for evermore. I encourage you today to remember that The Lord wants to lead and show you the path of life He has for you. You do not have to wander around not knowing the way to go, because The Lord will lead and guide you in the right path. When you allow The Lord to lead you, you will discover that in His presence if the fullness of joy. No matter what you are going through in life, if you can get into His presence, you will have joy. You do not need a lot of people, all you have you need is His presence. The more you get into His presence, you will also discover that there are pleasures forever at His right hand. Allow The Lord to direct your path so you can walk in His goodness and mercy, and have joy all day long. When you have the fullness of joy in your life, no matter what happens or what comes or what goes, you will still have joy, and pleasures forever more in your life. No matter what comes or goes in my life I will always press my way to the presence of The Lord. Since the Lord is directing my path, and I have joy from being in His presence I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, show me the path for my life, and lead me in the direction you want me to go. Allow me to be in your presence every day, so no matter what happens I will have the fullness of your joy in my life, and all your pleasures working in my life. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
