I Can’t See It, But I Still Have Hope
April 05, 2024
“For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? Romans 8:24 (ESV)
Hope is something that we should all have, but it is also something we all lose at times. We can hold out hope in the most desperate situations and when things do not work out for us, we lose hope. When we are faced with a series of challenges that don’t go our way, our hope begins to diminish because we don’t see a way out or up. No matter how many times we are faced with balley experiences in life, we should never lose hope in The Lord. The Lord has purpose for our lives, and we should always keep our focus on what He has for us and not what we are going through. The Scripture reminds us that hope that is seen is not hope. I encourage you today to remember that your hope is not in the things that you see, your hope is in God. When you place all your hope in God, no matter how things look or sound, you know that God will continue to make ways for you. When all your hope is in God, no matter if everyone walks away from, you know that God will always be with you. Hope is knowing that God is still in the miracle working business, and all miracles may not look like I want them to, but they will all be for my good and God’s glory. I will never lose hope in God, because He has and never will fail me. I am not hoping in what I see, my hope is in the one who woke me up this morning. Since all my hope is in God, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Prayer:
Lord thank you for being my hope. Thank you for always making a way for me. Thank you for keeping me in the midst of all that I face. My hope is in you God. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
