Humble Yourself

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you,” 1 Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭6‬ ‭ESV‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Being humble before God means that you believe what God says about you over what anyone including yourself may think about you. God has called you to do great things and He has called you to be great, and you cannot allow anything or anyone to diminish your star and your greatness. When you are humble and believe God for all that He said you would be, in God’s time He will exalt you. Keep focusing on the goal that God has given to you, and even if it does not seem that things are working out in the time you thought they would work out, remember that God’s timing is perfect. The Scripture reminds us to, humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you. I encourage you today to stay humble. God has so many great things in store for your life and all He wants you to be is humble. When you are humble before God H will exalt and elevate you in His time. I am in awe and humbled by the greatness of God in my life. AS I humble myself before God, I know He will do great things in my life. Since I will continue to humble myself at the feet of God, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Lord thank you for all that you do for me. I am in awe of who you are and your might and power and love towards me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
