He Did It Before, He Will Do It Again
December 13, 2023
“You gave them bread from heaven for their hunger and brought water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and you told them to go in to possess the land that you had sworn to give them.” Nehemiah 9:15 (ESV)
Remembering some of the experiences we have had in life, some would cause us to be sad and bring us to tears. Some of those experiences will also cause us to smile and laugh, because in life we have had our share of good and bad days. As we take a closer look at our lives we will recall the days and the times that we did not know what we were going to do or how we were going to make it, but The Lord made a way for us. We should never forget that every step we take it is because The Lord allows us to take them. The children of Israel had some experiences where they were hungry and thirsty, and they had to remember that The Lord provides. The Scripture reminds us that, the Lord gave them bread from Heaven for their hunger and brought water out of a rock for their thirst, and promised them that they would go and possess the land which He sworn He would give to them. I encourage you today to remember that The Lord never breaks His promises to you. As you are on the road to your destiny there will be rough days and there will be times that you may wonder if The Lord is with you, but do not fret He is there and He will provide for your every need. Do not worry when things are not looking the way you want them to look, The Lord has promised He would bless you, and He will bless you. The Lord has promised that He would keep you and He will keep you. As The Lord provided bread baked in the bakery of Heaven, and water from the choicest rock in the wilderness, He will provide for you from the very best He has. People break their promises daily to you, but God never breaks His promises to you. No matter what it looks like I will trust The Lord for I know He will do what He said He would do concerning me. Since I know that The Lord is my provider and my promise keeper, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for always providing for me. Thank you for always leading and guiding me to the places you have prepared just for me. Thank you for never going back on your word to me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
