Greatness On The Inside

“Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4 (ESV)

There are some people that once they make up their mind about something they will not let anything or anyone stop them from what they are planning to do. The have the drive and ambition to keep pushing even pass adversity and challenges. There are others who will shrink at the thought of challenges or adversities and will retreat and give up when things become difficult. However, for each of us there is something in us that will keep us going no matter what we face or what we are going through, when it is important enough to us we will not stop or give up. The Scripture reminds us that, little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. I encourage you today to remember that there is greatness in you. No matter what it is you are facing, no matter how great the challenges are before you, remember greater is He that is in you, than the challenges you are facing or the things that try to stop you. Because you are of God, you can overcome the obstacles that are in your way. Because you are of God you can overcome the negatives that people may give you on the path to your destiny. Because you are of God always remember that greater is He that is in you, than the things that will come against you. Once God sets you on the path, keep going and do not stop, although it may get rough and trials will come, remember that there is greatness in you, and you can make it. Because I am of God, I know that greater is He that is in me, than anything that will come against me, and I will not stop or quit because I know He is with me. Since I know there is greatness in me, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord thank you for all that you do for me. Thank you for placing greatness on the inside of me that I can face the challenges on the outside. Thank you for always leading and guiding me to my destiny. God you are great and greatly to be praised. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
