Great Things

"Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the Lord has done great things!" Joel 2:21 (ESV)

When God is doing things in our lives it can be a fearful time. Although we trust God completely it is still hard not to be afraid about what will happen. It is wonderful we can put our trust in God all the time. We can rely on Him and He will be there for us in everything we may go through. In everything we face in our lives we should find occasion to rejoice and be glad. If it had not been for The Lord that was on your side, where would you be? It was God that brought us out and it is God that will continue to bring us out. Joel reminds us, fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the Lord has done great things! I encourage you today not to be afraid, and be glad and rejoice in The Lord. Rejoice in The Lord because He has done great things in your life. Don't let people stop your praise. Don't let situations stop your praise. Don't let you stop your praise. Don't let fear stop your praise. Only you know what The Lord has done and is doing and will do in your life. Nobody knows like you know what you have been through, but no matter what you been through or how tough or rough it was, you can say The Lord has done great things for me, and for that He is worthy to be praised. The Lord has done great things for me, and He is doing great things in my life and I am convinced that He will continue to do great things for me. Since The Lord is doing great things in my life and will for the rest of my life, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord thank you for doing great things in my life. Forgive me for allowing fear to rise, but I will not allow my fear to overcome my faith. I know you are doing and will always do great things for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
