God Remembers

“For the Lord your God is a merciful God. He will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them.” Deuteronomy 4:31 (ESV)

We make it through each day not on our power, strength or might, but we make it through every day because of the grace and mercy of God. It is because of God’s unmerited favor that we make it past things that try to destroy us. God’s mercy is extended to us every day and without His mercy operating constantly in our lives we would be in trouble. The Scripture reminds us, for the Lord your God is a merciful God. He will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them. I encourage today to thank God for His mercy. When you woke up this morning it was not because of your alarm clock or anyone, the reason your eyes opened was because of God's mercy. Even though you do not know what this day holds you can be assured The Lord will not forget the promises He has made to you, and everything He said He was going to do in your life, He will do it without fail. God has not forgotten you or His promises to you so keep moving towards your destiny and know that God is with you. I know that God is a promise keeper and no matter what it looks like right now, every promise He has made for my life shall come to pass. Since God has greatness in store for my life, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thank you for the great promises that you have made to me. Thank you for being a promise keeper, and never leaving or forsaking me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
