God Forgives

“I, I am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake, and I will not remember your sins.” Isaiah 43:25 ESV
One of the most humbling things we can do is to ask for forgiveness. Admitting that we have made a mistake or harmed someone knowingly or unknowingly is a sign that we are maturing in Christ. Every day we sin and some of the sins that we commit are not done consciously, but once we realize our sin, we must ask The Lord for forgiveness. As this week comes to a close take some time in prayer and ask God to forgive you of all your sins. This Scripture reminds us that God will blot out our transgressions and He will not remember our sins. I encourage you today to ask God to forgive and to forget your sins, and then walk in that forgiveness. Humble yourself before God and remember that you serve a forgiving God, who will forgive all your sins, if you would just ask. Every day I sin and fall short of God’s glory, and every day I ask God For forgiveness and because He is a forgiving God, I know I am forgiven. Since I am walking in the forgiveness of God, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Prayer:
Lord thank you for forgiving me. Once again, I ask you to wash away all my sins before you and to give me another chance. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
