Go Forward
January 05, 2024
“The Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward.” Exodus 14:15 (ESV)
There will be times in our lives when will not know what to do or what direction to go in. There will be times when we will feel like our backs are against the wall and there is no way out. In those moments, it Is essential that you remember what The Lord has already spoken in your life. The Children of Israel were delivered from Egypt and Pharaoh and were at the Red Sea, and Pharaoh is now pursuing them. Fear sets in and they do not know what to do, and they call on The Lord for help, and The Lord says to them, “why are you crying to me? Tell them to go forward.” I encourage you today that when you feel like your back is against the wall, and you feel like there is no way out, go forward. Staying stuck should never be an option for you. When you go forward you know that The Lord is going with you. When you go forward, you know that The Lord will make a way for you. When trials and tribulations come in your life, go forward. Do not allow anything to stop or hinder you from getting to the place that The Lord has already given to you. When I am feeling like I don’t know what to do and my back is against the wall, I will go forward because I know that The Lord is with me. Since going backwards will never be an option for me because I know that The Lord wants me to go forward, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for always being there for me. Thank you for every promise you have made for my life, and I know that they will all come to pass. I am determined to move forward because my greatest blessings are not behind me, they are in front of me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
