Give Thanks

"O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever." 1 Chronicles 16:34

There is not time when The Lord is not good to us. Every day The Lord blesses us with life, health and strength. He watches over us, even when we do not know He is there for us. He keeps us from dangers that we don’t we see, and as a result of His goodness towards us, we should give The Lord thanks. If we are not careful we will allow negative things and people to cloud the positive things The Lord is doing in our lives. We save our thanks and praise for The Lord until Sunday, but the truth of the matter is God is good to us every day and we should thank Him every day. The Scripture reminds us to give thanks unto the Lord for He is good; and His mercy endures forever. I encourage and implore you today to give thanks to The Lord, because He is good. You may be facing some of the most difficult times in your life, but you can still give thanks to The Lord. You may be facing trials and tribulations, but The Lord is still good. Not only is The Lord good to you, but He has poured His mercy onto you, and His mercy endures everything you go through and it last forever. Every day you receive new mercy, and more blessings from The Lord. Every Day give thanks to The Lord, not because of what you are going through, but because He is good to you. I will thank The Lord all day long for His mercy and grace in my life. Since I am thankful all the time, and I have His ever enduring mercy in my life, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for being so great to me. Lord thank you for new mercy that you give to me every day. Thank you for your grace that is unwarranted, but so much needed every day of my life. Thank you for saving me and loving me and keeping me every day. I know that I cannot make it without you working in my life. Thank you Lord for walking with me and always being there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
