Eyes Up

“We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.” 2 Chronicles 20:12 (ESV)
There are situations that we find ourselves in and the truth of the matter is that we don’t know what to do. We have been in places where we needed to make tough decisions and we didn’t know what to do. We have searched for advice and direction through family and friends and have discovered that we don’t know what to do and neither did they. The children of Israel were faced with multiple nations coming against them, and they did not know what to do, and they prayed and simply confessed to The Lord, we don’t know what to do, but our eyes are on you. I encourage you today that when you find yourself in a place where you don’t know what to do, confess to The Lord that you are lost without Him, and put your eyes on God. When your days are dark and your nights are long, look to God. When your road is rough and the rain refuses to stop falling, keep your eyes on The Lord. When you keep your eyes on The Lord, He will lead and guide you to the places that he has prepared to protect you and to give you victory. Don’t keep wandering aimlessly around trying to find a way out but keep your eyes on The Lord and He will direct your path. No matter how difficult the day may be or how dark the night may become, I am keeping my eyes on The Lord, because I know that He will always lead me in the right direction and to the right place that He has prepared just for me. Since my eyes are constantly on The Lord, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”
Prayer:
Lord I confess that I don’t know what to do, but Lord my eyes are on you. I know that you will lead and guide me to safety and blessings. Thank you for never taking your eyes off me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
