Experience Him For Yourself

"O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him." Psalm 34:8

There are some things in life we must try for ourselves, so we can experience some things for ourselves. People can tell us how wonderful a restaurant is, but unless we go and experience it for ourselves all we can do is imagine. People can tell us how wonderful it is travel to a foreign country and see all the sights, and they can bring back pictures, but until we go and see if for ourselves we cannot fully enjoy what’s on the pictures. The same holds true for our experience with The Lord. There is no way one can truly understand The Lord unless they experience Him for themselves. The Scripture reminds us to taste and see that the Lord is good, and blessed is the man that trust in Him. I encourage you today to experience The Lord for yourself. No matter what you are going through or what you have been through, experience The Lord for yourself. Do not go by hearsay or what others may tell you about The Lord but take the time to experience Him for yourself. You can experience Him on the way to work and take the time to talk to Him and allow Him to talk to you. You will discover that The Lord is good and when you try Him for yourself you will never ever want to let Him go. When you have tried Him and put your trust in Him, He will make ways for you and open doors and bless you. You have tired so many other things that did not work for you, now try The Lord and know once you have you will never go back to anything else in the world. I thank God for my experience with Him every day, and I know since I have tried Him, I will never turn back. Since I have tasted and I saw for myself that the Lord is good, I have no doubt that I am blessed. This is why I can boldly proclaim, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for being good all the time. There is not a day, hour, or minute that you are not good. There is nothing that I can experience and not proclaim that you are good. Thank you for allowing me to taste and see for myself how good you really are. Thank you for always being good to me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
