Don’t Worry About It

“do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” Philippians 4:6 (ESV)

There are going to be times when we are going to have to make some decisions. There will be times when those decisions will be easy and there will be times when those decisions will be difficult. In making those difficult decisions anxiety and worry can creep in because we want to make sure we are making the right decision for ourselves and others our decision may affect. It is important to remember that we do not have to make decisions by ourselves, but we should pray about what it is that The Lord wants us to do. The Scripture reminds us today, do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let our request be made know to God. I encourage you today not to be anxious about those decisions you may be facing. Do not allow anxiety and worry to flood you, but in everything you are going through and are facing, pray. You may seek advice from family and friends, and they may tell you what they think you should do, but remember it is God who knows all and He knows what you should do, before you do anything talk to God about it. God has never and will never steer you wrong, but will continue to lead you in the right path for your life. There will be some things you go through in life that you will not want to talk about because every time you do it causes you to worry, so instead of talking or worrying about it, pray about it, and watch God work it out for you. When God answers your prayers, it may not be the way you want Him to answer, but you can rest assure that it will be the best thing for you to do what God says do, because no matter what He has your best interest at heart. Instead of worry about things I cannot do anything about, I will pray about it with thanksgiving to God knowing that He hears me and answers me when I pray. Since I will not be anxious about anything, and pray about everything I know for sure, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thankyou for always steering me in the right path for my life. Thank you for always anwering me when I pray and being there for me when I call. I know you are with me and I will not worry about especially since I have prayed about it. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
