​ Do Your Best

"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15 (ESV)

We should always try to do our best in everything that we put on mind to do. When we are serving The Lord, we should not allow obstacles and things to keep us from doing our best. The Scripture reminds us to, do our best to present ourselves to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth. I encourage you today that no matter what it is that you are facing in your life to do your best. When you do your best, you are doing all you can do to present yourself to God as one who is approved, because God expects our best. When you are doing your best, you do not have to prove anything to anyone, because you know you are giving your all to God, and you do not need to be ashamed of serving God with your whole heart. Take time to get to know God better by studying His Word and walking in the things that He has for your life. When you take the time to study His Word no matter what you are up against you will do your best, because you know that you are not alone, and that God is with you. If you were going to a job interview, you would do your best to present yourself to the company as someone who can get the job done, and a person the company would be proud of. In the same way you would present yourself to a company that has nothing to offer you but a job, you should work to do your best to present yourself to God who has many blessings for you. I will always do my best to present myself to God as one approved by Him, and I will never be ashamed of serving God or standing on His Word. Since I want to give God my best always, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord thank you for giving me your best in Jesus Christ. Today I want to do all I can do to give you y very best. You always make ways for me and open doors for me so I can be in the very best places and spaces. So, I give you my very best praise and worship, and let all I do be pleasing to you that you may get all the glory from my life. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
