Call On The Name

"O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!" Psalm 8:9

We have all met someone who likes to name drop, and tell about all the people they know. They want to feel important because they know someone who may be famous or important. If you ask these people to call the people, they say they know, some could readily call these important people and then some would not. There is a name that is excellent that everyone knows, and we can call Him anytime and He will answer every time, and that name is Jesus. The Scripture reminds us, O Lord our Lord, how excellent is your name in all the earth! I encourage you today that no matter what you are facing, call on that name. When people on your job begin to frustrate and aggravate you, remember you can call on the name of your Lord your God. When storms begin to rise in your life, call on the name of The Lord your God, because His name is so excellent it will calm the storms. When friends and family turn their back on, you call on the name of The Lord your God, because He will never leave you or forsake you. When you are sick and the doctors cannot figure out what is wrong, call on the name of The Lord your God, because He is your healer. When you are down call on the name of The Lord your God, because He will give you joy in the midst of sorrow. The name of The Lord is excellent and when you focus on that name you will be blessed. I will always call on the excellent name of The Lord my God and I know that He will always be there for me. Since I know that The Lord is excellent, I have no doubt. “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Lord thank you for being so excellent to me. Your name is great and I love calling your name. Thank you for all the blessings you have poured in my life. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
