Call On Him

"Thou hast given him his heart's desire, and hast not with holden the request of his lips. Selah." Psalm 21:2

Many of us have encountered a time when we knew someone wanted something, but they just did not know how to ask us for it. We were ready and willing to help them, we were just waiting for them to ask. We do the same thing to The Lord, when we come to Him and beat around the bush and He already knows exactly what we want and need, and He is just waiting for us to ask Him so He can bless us. The Scripture reminds us that, the Lord will give us our heart's desire, and will not withhold the request of our lips. I encourage you today to take everything to The Lord in prayer, and ask The Lord for what you want. It does not make a difference what it is, all you have to do is take it to Him in prayer. Prayer changes things and it will change you. You may think The Lord does not want to or is not willing to grant your request, but The Lord loves you and He wants to give you the desires of your heart. When you are dedicated and committed to The Lord, there is not one request coming from you He will hold back. Pray when things are good and pray when things are not good. Pray when you think you know how things will work out, and pray when you have no clue how things are going to work out, pray knowing The Lord will work them out for you. The Lord loves you and He wants to give you the desires of your heart, and will not withhold any request from your lips. I am thankful The Lord answers prayer and His love for me is everlasting. I know I can ask The Lord for the desires of my heart and He will give them to me in His time. Since I know The Lord hears me when I pray and answers the cries of my heart, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thank you for hearing me when I pray. Thank you for answering me when I call both day and night. Thank you for not withholding one request that I make to you. Thank you for loving me so much that you bless me tremendously. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
