Call His Name

“And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.” Psalm 9:10 (ESV)

There are many products that do the same thing, but because of the name brand one may be more expensive than the other. The most expensive one may not do anything different but because their name is more recognizable their brand cost more. There are some of us who will only buy one brand of an item, and if we go into one store and they do not have our brand, we will search all over until we find our brand. Just as we are particular about our brand names, so should also be particular about the name of our Lord. His name is more powerful and mighty than any other name on the earth. When trouble arises, we know that we can call on His name and He will come see about us. The Scripture reminds us that, those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you. I encourage you today to remember that there is power in the name of The Lord, and when you know His name, you can rest assure that He will not forsake you. Just like you may trust in many of the brand names you use and know that their products are the best for you, remember that the name of The Lord is powerful. The Lord has never failed you and He will never fail you know matter what it is you may be facing The Lord is right there with you keeping and blessing you. You can put your trust in The Lord knowing that when tough times come in life He will be there for you, and when the sun is shining on you, He will be there for you. There has not been a time that you have called upon Him and He was not there for you. Perhaps people may have failed and forsaken you, but The Lord has and will never leave you alone. I put all my trust in the name of The Lord, for He has never left or forsaken me, and I know without a doubt that He never will. Since all my trust is in the name of The Lord, I can boldly proclaim, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord thank you that I can always call on your name. There is not a situation I face or a storm that I go through that I cannot call on your name, and you are always there for me. Thank you Lord that you never forsake me, and you are always there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
