Call Him Anytime

"In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears." 2 Samuel 22:7

When we call someone, we do not call to get their voice mail, we want to hear their voice. In this age of technology there are many ways we can contact people, and there are times when we will exhaust all means and still not get a response. It can be disheartening when we call or reach out to someone and they do not answer, and it will cause us to want to give up even trying to communicate with them. People may not always answer or respond to us when we call, but we can have confidence that no matter when we call on The Lord, He will answer us. The Scripture reminds us that, in my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God: and He did hear my voice out of His temple, and my cry did enter into His ears. I encourage you today that no matter what you are be facing, you can call on The Lord. In your distress you may call people and they may not answer, but when you call on The Lord He will hear and answer your call. There may be times that you do not know if anyone is listening to you, but when you call on The Lord there is no doubt that The Lord hears you, your cry will enter into His ears and will be there for you. Friends and family may ignore your cry, but God is right there, and He never ignores or rejects you when you call on Him. No matter what I am facing in my life, I know that I can call on The Lord and He will hear my call and answer my plea each time I call on Him. Since I know the Lord hears and answers me always, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thank you for always hearing me when I call. Thank you for always answering me when I call. Thank you for never leaving me alone and always being there for me. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
