By His Grace

But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. 1 Corinthians 15:10

If we really take the time to look at our lives, we will discover that we did not get to where we are by ourselves. Each of us had someone who pushed us, encouraged us, or helped us along the way. No matter how big or little success we may have experienced and no matter if we want to admit it or not someone helped us. No one makes it anywhere by themselves. Above all the family members and the friends who were there for us, God was there for us every step of the way. We could not have made it without His grace in our lives. The Scripture reminds us, we are what we are because of the grace of God bestowed upon us. I encourage you today to remember the grace God has given you. Without the grace of God, you would not be able to do anything. Without God's grace being poured out on you, everything you try would fail. No matter how great of a plan you have without the grace of God in your life you will not make it. Even if you are not where you want to be or where you think you should be, if it had not been for the grace of God in your life you would not be as far as you are now. God pours His grace on you every day, and it is His grace that sees you through the day, and His grace that keeps you through the night. Since you have His grace poured out on you, it is essential you take the grace He has given you so freely, and use it for His glory, honor and praise. I thank God for the grace He gives me every day, and I know without His grace I would not make it through anything. Since I know I have His grace in my life, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord, thank you for your grace. I know that I could not be where I am on this journey of life without your grace. I give you all the honor, glory, and praise for your grace that I need every day to make it. As I go throughout this day, grant to me Lord, your grace. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
