Blessed To Be A Blessing

“He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.” Psalm 15:5

If we were to start to count our blessings it would not be possible for us to finish counting. The Lord has blessed us in so many ways and He expects us to be a blessing to others. When The Lord blesses us, He does not turn around and parade the fact that He blesses us and use it against us, but He wants us to be a blessing to others in the same manner He blessed us. The Scripture reminds us that, they that put not out their money to usury, nor takes reward against the innocent. They that do these things shall never be moved. I encourage you today to be a blessing to someone simply because you know you are blessed. When you bless someone do not look for something in return or use the occasion to lord over someone that you did something for them. If you are going to be a true blessing, your blessings comes from being a blessing, because you know that The Lord already blesses you. Even when someone may owe you something, if you know that they do not have it, do not pressure them in returning it to you, but give them the same grace that The Lord has given you. When you can be a true blessing to others, you will not be moved when storms come your way and trials are pilling up on you, because you are secure in the fact that The Lord blesses you. I know that The Lord has blessed me in so many ways, and I will be a blessing to someone along the way, and because I know The Lord has blessed me I will not be moved by the storms of life. Since I am blessed by The Lord to be a blessing, I have no doubt, “It’s My Year To Get My Thing From My God!”

Prayer:

Lord thank you for all the blessings you have poured into my life. Thank you for allowing me to be a blessing to others. Use me for your glory, honor, and praise. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
