Be Thankful

"And when ye will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the Lord, offer it at your own will." Leviticus 22:29

There is no doubt that we should give thanks to The Lord every chance we have. We should thank and praise Him for the great things He has done and is doing in our lives. There is not a time or a situation where thanking God is not in order. When we see the hand of The Lord moving in our lives, we should give thanks to Him for His greatness and for all that He does for us. However, there are some days when the sun does not shine in our lives and it seems like all we have is rain, it is then we should offer unto The Lord the sacrifice of thanksgiving. The Scripture reminds us that, when we offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the Lord, offer it at our own will. I encourage you today to offer unto The Lord a sacrifice of thanksgiving. For all the great things He has done and is doing in your life. When things are not going well today, give God thanks. When you do not see your way out, offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto The Lord. When trials come your way, offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto The Lord. No one should have to pump you up to give thanks to The Lord, but you should do it on your own knowing how great He is to you. When I offer my sacrifice of thanksgiving unto The Lord, I will do it of my own will, for I know for myself that The Lord is good to me. Since I will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto The Lord always, I have no doubt, "It's My Year To Get My Thing From My God!"

Prayer:

Lord through the good and the bad, I say thank you. I offer to you today the sacrifice of thanksgiving because you are God. Thank you Lord for it all. I love you Lord. In Jesus Name Amen.
